What industries does Mental Bound serve?
We currently focus on three pillars — FinTech, eCommerce, and SaaS — where we've built repeatable patterns. We also take on projects in adjacent industries (legal, healthcare, logistics) when the engineering problem fits how we work.
How do industry solutions differ from services?
Services describe what we do — AI automation, software development, data analytics. Solutions describe what we ship for your industry — a packaged set of services applied to the use cases that show up most in FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS.
Do you work with companies outside the EU?
Yes. We're based in Athens and most of our clients are in the EU and UK, but we work with US and APAC teams remotely. Data residency is treated explicitly per engagement.
How does an engagement typically start?
A 30-minute scoping call. From there, a written project brief, a 2–3 week discovery, and a fixed-scope first phase. You can stop after any phase — we don't sell year-long contracts up front.
What's the difference between FinTech, eCommerce, and SaaS solutions?
FinTech focuses on compliance-aware engineering — fraud, KYC, regulatory workflows. eCommerce focuses on revenue mechanics — personalization, support automation, conversion. SaaS focuses on product-led mechanics — onboarding, churn, embedded AI features. Different industries, same engineering bar.
