Vip Sea Transfer — Boat charter and sea transfer platform
A Greek company that runs private boat charters and sea transfers around Athens and the Aegean islands. We built the public site in five languages, a booking assistant that runs on Claude, and the dashboard the team runs the fleet from. Every booking request, from a boat page or from the chat, lands in that dashboard.

What we built
The public site
vipseatransfer.gr- Charters and transfers as two searches: a destination for a charter, a from and a to for a transfer.
- The fleet on a map or in a grid, with clustered price pins and OpenSeaMap sea marks over the map.
- Transfer routes drawn as sea lanes between ports, with the distance and crossing time on each route page.
- Boat pages with a gallery, the specs and a booking form that prices the chosen format, group size and destination.
- The date picker greys out the days a boat is already taken.
- Route, destination and departure pages built from the data, indexed only once they carry enough written content.
- Five languages with their own URLs; Hebrew reads right to left. Lengths in metres or feet.
- Structured data that always matches the visible price, a share image cut to size for each boat, and llms.txt in five languages.
The booking assistant
Claude Haiku- Marina searches the live fleet and answers with boat cards inside the chat.
- She checks a boat's free dates and estimates the price before the visitor sends anything.
- She offers only the formats the chosen boat supports, with quick replies in each language.
- Name, email and phone go through a separate form, so personal details never reach the model.
- The chat asks for consent first and removes email addresses and phone numbers from messages before they are sent.
The dashboard
Staff only- A fleet editor: specs, photos converted and resized on upload, prices per format, blocked dates and home ports.
- Drafts with private preview links, published with one switch; descriptions machine-translated, then edited.
- Booking requests with a reference and an unread count, and bookings confirmed or declined from the list.
- Customers with their booking history.
- Ports, destinations and sea routes, with each route drawn on a map.
- Staff roles (admin, editor, viewer) and an audit log.
